This database is a collection of will abstracts from New Castle County, Delaware between 1682 and 1800. Each record provides the individual's name, date the will was created, and date it was filed. Most entries also provide names of witnesses and family members who received a portion of the person's estate. It contains nearly 1700 entries and about 7000 names. For researchers of colonial Delaware ancestors this can be a valuable collection of records.
